Four stay plans, one island
Each plan is a base, a set of transfers and a handful of light activities, laid out day by day. Prices are quoted per stay because the room and the month decide most of the total.

Every plan starts and ends at Phu Quoc International Airport (PQC), which is about 20 to 30 minutes by car from Duong Dong. From the airport, a Grab ride costs about 120,000 VND and a metered taxi into Duong Dong about 180,000 to 220,000 VND, by recent published figures. Our transfers are private cars booked in advance, so nobody has to bargain at arrivals with luggage.

Seven nights, one beach
For a first visit or a winter week away. One room, one bay, two booked activities. Read the plan.

For people who get restless after a week in one place. Week one in Ong Lang, week two further north. Read the plan.

May to October, when rooms cost less and the west coast is rough. Half on the west, half on the calmer east. Read the plan.
What every plan includes, and what none do
Each plan includes the room nights we name in it, private transfers from and to the airport, the transfers between bases if there is a move, the light activities listed on the page, and a written day plan before you fly. Breakfast is included where the room rate includes it; the quote says which.
None of the plans include international or domestic flights, travel insurance, lunches and dinners beyond what is named, drinks, tips, or anything on the theme-park side of the island. We also do not include island-hopping speedboat days by default. Where a plan offers an optional boat morning, the page says how weather cancellations work.
Rooms in the north-west run from simple bungalows to private-pool villas. We ask what you want before we quote, and we name the property in the quote rather than writing a star rating.
How long is right
Seven nights is the shortest stay we plan. With a flight in and out, five nights leaves only three or four full days, and the first is usually lost to travel tiredness. At seven nights you get five or six quiet days, which is enough to settle into a routine of a swim before 09:00, shade between 11:00 and 14:00, and the sea again in the late afternoon.
Beyond 14 nights we still help, but the plan changes: you will probably want a kitchen, a weekly cleaning arrangement and your own scooter or regular driver. The daily costs page shows what a day of rides, food and a scooter costs, so you can judge whether a long stay with fewer inclusions makes more sense.

Before you choose
If you have not picked the months yet, read Phu Quoc in the rainy season first. Rainfall in Phu Quoc climbs from about 28 mm in January to over 480 mm in August, and that decides whether a west-coast base makes sense. Common questions
Questions travellers ask most
Can we change the base you suggest?
Yes. The plans show the base we would choose for most people in those months. If you prefer another area, we rebuild the quote around it and tell you what changes, such as longer drives to town.
Can we add nights?
Yes, at the room rate for those dates. Extra nights do not change the activities unless you ask.
Are the plans group tours?
No. Each booking is for your party only. There are no fixed departure dates and no strangers on your transfers.
