Ask about a stay

The enquiry form on this page is how to reach us. Tell us your dates, who is coming and how quiet you want it, and we reply by email with an area, a plan and one price for the stay.

Use the form

All enquiries come through the form at the bottom of this page, which also appears on every stay plan. The first part asks for five things: the kind of stay, your name, your email, when you plan to travel and how many are coming. The rest is optional and opens if you want to add more.

We reply by email to the address you give. Check the spelling, and look in your spam folder if nothing arrives; a first message from an address you have not written to before sometimes lands there.

If you are not sure what you want, say so and describe a perfect day on the island. That tells us more than a list of attractions.

What happens next

  1. We read your message and check the season and the area against your dates.
  2. We reply by email with one suggested base, a plan, and one price for the stay with every line listed.
  3. If it suits you, you confirm and pay the deposit using the method set out on the quote.
  4. You send flight details and names as printed in your passports.
  5. Before you fly, you receive the written day plan, the driver's meeting point and area notes.

The full steps, including visa rules for Phu Quoc, are on how to book.

If you are already on the island

You can write from Phu Quoc too. Tell us where you are staying now, how many nights you have left and what you want to change. Short-notice moves to Ong Lang or Cua Can depend on availability; plan on less choice in the peak-rate months from December to February.

For a problem with a stay we have booked, reply to the email thread you booked on; the property's reception is your first contact for anything urgent on the spot.

What we do with your details

We use what you send in the form to answer your enquiry and, if you book, to arrange the stay. Names and flight details go only to the property and drivers who need them. The privacy policy lists the fields the form collects and how long we keep them.

Payment requests

We send payment details only in a reply to your own enquiry. If you receive a payment request that does not come in that thread, do not pay it; reply to our thread and ask.

Before you write

Many questions are already answered here. The area pages compare the quiet coast; the rainy-season page covers May to October; daily costs covers rides, food and massages; and the FAQ page collects the questions from every page.

Common questions

Questions travellers ask most

Can we call you?

We handle enquiries through the form and reply by email, so the plan and price are in writing. If you prefer a call, add a number in the optional field and say so.

How much detail do you need?

Dates, party size and the kind of stay are enough to start. Ages, noise tolerance and room wishes help us get it right first time.

We have not had a reply. What now?

Check your spam folder first. If nothing is there, send the form again and check the email address carefully.

Tell us about the trip you have in mind

Dates, party size and the places you care about are enough to start. You get a draft route and an indicative price, not a brochure.

Add more detail optional — the more you tell us, the closer the first draft lands
